# Local Export for Gmail

> A desktop Chrome extension by Sami Studio that saves selected Gmail conversations as separate PDFs with their original attachments in one ZIP. Email processing happens on the user's device.

Original attachment files, including inline image attachments, are kept separately from each conversation PDF. Supported external pictures can load through Google's Gmail image proxy and can be disabled. An export report includes original filenames, byte sizes, SHA-256 checksums and notices. Messages and attachment content are not uploaded to Sami Studio. Signed-in Gmail and internet access are required.

Free: up to 3 conversations per batch, with no watermark or daily quota. Pro: EUR 29 once for up to 50 conversations per batch on 2 active browsers, without a subscription. Both plans support up to 200 emails and 100 MiB of source content plus fetched images; the final ZIP is limited to 200 MiB.

This is a selected-conversation PDF export, not a whole-mailbox backup, MBOX/EML exporter, attachment-to-PDF merger, mobile Gmail integration or authenticity certification. Complex layouts and unavailable images can differ from Gmail. Each selected conversation includes its replies, not only messages matching a search filter.
